Helps relieve stress, nervous tension and mild anxiety

Each 5mL contains extract liquid equivalent to dry:
St. John’s Wort herb top flowering, Hypericum perforatum 625mg
Lemon Balm leaf, Melissa officinalis 625mg
Passion Flower leaf, Passiflora incarnate 625mg
Skullcap leaf, Scutellaria lateriflora 625mg 

Adults
2-5mL three times daily

Children
3-12 years: 1-3mL three times daily

Duration of use
Ideally used in treatment courses of 6-8 weeks with breaks between active treatments.  If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare practitioner

Directions for use
Shake bottle well before use. Can be diluted with water, fruit juice or other fluids if necessary.

Interactions
St John’s Wort may affect the way some prescription medicines work.  Possible interactions with anti-anxiety medications, seizure medications, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants and/or opiates, anticancer medications, blood thinners, antidepressant medications (e.g. selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI)), anti-HIV agents, cardiovascular medications, immunosuppressant’s, and/or contraceptive medications. Talk to a healthcare practitioner before starting therapy if the patient is taking medications for the stated conditions
